<br /> the area media�i inco�ne. The proposecl havsing cammur�ity will support the area's need for workfarce l�ousir�g�ld��ill
<br /> provide an oppo�-tunit�,�for fainilies to li�ze in qtzaliry affordable housing in the atnenity-►•ich City of Oro�1o,
<br /> I CoininoilBozid is requestin�that the cost af'the City laud and fees be no more than$580,000 to ensure tl�e affo�•dability of
<br /> the proposed townhome developinent. According to Soi•ei� Mattick, tl�e City's land parcel�ras appraised at$470,OQ0.
<br /> The proposed City fees are estimated to be $553,250, broke��� dawn as follows:

<br /> b. Staff Review Costs: $30,000
<br /> c. Park Dedication: $136,500($3,250/unit)
