The City is currently in the process of updating its Comprehensive Plan. This <br /> property is being considered for re-guiding to allow multi-family residential use at a density of <br /> 10-15 units per acre. Such re-guiding would a11qw for a rezoning to RPUD Residential Planned <br /> Unit Development which would accornmodate this density. CommonBond's proposed <br /> development would meet the density requirements associated with this rezoning. The <br /> Comprehensive Plan update is an�icipated to be completed within the next 60-90 days. <br /> The site currently has access to a1I utilities. The sewer and water utility will be provided by the <br /> City of Long Lake per the Agreement between Orono and Long Lake approved by the Orono <br /> City Council on September 9,2002, Gas and energy wi11 be provided by Excel Energy.
