My preference is to meet with the two City Councils at a joint meeting af a date <br /> and tiine convenient for the two councils. <br /> Please be advised I will be contacting each city's staff to discuss with them the selection process we <br /> will follow as Hennepin County retains a consultant to assist in the design of the improvement <br /> project. It is my intent that the consultant selection process begin shortly after the proposed joint City <br /> Council meeting.
