When will I (we) know the Council's conclusion on how it intends to make the property available to <br /> CommonBond? <br /> 3. What is allowed under RPUD zoning-Senior housing? Assisted living? Other non-specified uses? What is the <br /> impact of rezoning to allow 10-15 units per acre as opposed to the 10-12 that CommonBond needs to do its <br /> project? <br /> Partial answer:Our plans to re-guide for MFR at a density of up to 15 units per acre does not automatically <br /> result in a rezoning.
