AGENDA ITEM <br />Item No.: 13 <br />Date: January 13, 2020 <br />Item Description: Appointment of 2020 Seasonal Employees <br />Presenter: Jason Goehring Agenda Consent Agenda <br />Parks and Golf Course Supervisor Section: <br />Purpose. The purpose of this action item is to gain Council approval of seasonal and part time <br />employees. <br />Background. The hourly pay is proposed to be $12.00-14.00 for the Golf Course Clubhouse <br />Attendants, Brush Site Attendants, and Sledding Attendants; $12-$16 for Parks and Golf Course <br />Maintenance Employees, and $10-$16 for Utilities Maintenance Workers; and a pay range of $15.00- <br />$20.00 for the Clubhouse Manager. The Clubhouse Manager will be a part time employee. All other <br />employees will be seasonal and fall under the 6 month PERA Classification and are therefore <br />excluded from PERA membership. <br />3. Seasonal Employee Appointments and Candidates. <br />4. Staff Recommendation.
