It shall be the responsibility solely of Owner(and specifically not of the Comro;ittee <br /> or its members)to comply with all municipal regulations,including setback requirements. <br /> Neither the Committee nor its members,or their managers,officers,governors or agents shall be <br /> responsible or liable to any Owner,or anyone clairmiug under or through an Owner,in any manner <br /> whatsoever for any defect in any plans or specifications submitted to the Committee or as revised <br /> at the Committee's request, or for any work done pursuant to the requested changes to said plans <br /> and specifications.Neither the Committee nor its members,or their managers,officers,governors <br /> or agents shall be responsible or liable to any Owner, or anyone claiming under or through an <br /> Owner,in any manner whatsoever for any act or omission of a contractor approved by the <br /> Committee. <br /> Section 9, Turnover of Arc 'tectural Control Committee.
