Approval of site plan and grading/drainage plans per the "Grading, Drainage and <br /> Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan" dated May 11, 2006 subject to any <br /> additional requirements of the MCWD and subject to the additional requirements <br /> and conditions specified by the City Engineer in his letter dated June 12, 2006. <br /> 2. Approval of road and storm sewer plans per the "Road & Storm Sewer Plan & <br /> Profile" dated May 11, 2006 subject to the additional requirements and conditions <br /> specified by the City Engineer in his letter dated June 12,2006, <br /> 3. Approval of municipal sewer and water plans per the "Water and Sanitary Sewer <br /> Plan & Profile" dated May 11, 2006 subject to the additional requirements and <br /> conditions specified by the City Engineer in his letter dated June 12,2006. <br /> 4. Approval of site landscaping per the "Landscaping Plan" dated May 11, 2006 <br /> subject to incorporation of additional site preparation, plantings and maintenance <br /> in compliance with the "Ecological Restoration & Management Program for <br /> Glendale Cove"by AES,Inc. dated May 26, 2006. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that based on the findings of <br /> Resolution No. 5420, the City Council of the City of Orono does hereby approve the plat of <br /> GLENDALE COVE, Hennepin County,Minnesota and does hereby grant General Development <br /> Plan Approval for Planned Unit Development No. 5, subject to the following conditions: <br /> 1. General Development Plan Approval is granted subject to conditions established <br /> within Resolution No. 5420 and subject to the conditions established within the <br /> Planned Unit Development No.5 Agreement and other pertinent documents. <br /> 2. Upon the final approval and execution of this resolution and the Planned Unit <br /> Development No. 5 Agreement, the City Council shall formally approve an <br /> ordinance amending the official zoning map of the City to rezone Lot 1 and Lots <br /> 3 through 10 from RR-1B Single Family Rural Residential District to RPUD <br /> Residential Planned Unit Development District, and amending the Orono Zoning <br /> Code by adding language establishing Planned Unit Development No. 5 to <br /> include the Property. <br /> Page 3 of 7 <br />
