SEP, 13. 2006 11 .40AM Mail EDINA REALTY TITLE CLAIMS NO. 2964 P. 49/59 <br /> EXHMIT B <br /> DESIGN AND LANDSCAPE COVENANTS <br /> Architectural <br /> • Each home must have either a full-depth sitting porch or a permanent courtyard on the <br /> front of the home. <br /> • No exterior railing visible from the street may be constructed of un-detailed, dimensional <br /> lumber(e.g.2X4's.)
