The approved landscaping plan attached to this <br /> Agreement as Exhibit A shall be strictly adhered to,with the following conditions: <br /> a) Landscaping of the site shall be as shown the approved Landscape flan. <br /> b) The Letter of Credit required herein shall include an amount for the required <br /> landscaping, and such amount shall be retained until completion of one full <br /> growing season after planting. <br /> c) The Developer shall adhere to the Conservation Design guidelines and plan <br /> established in the the "Ecological Restoration & Management Program for <br /> Glendale Cove" by AES, Inc.
