CERTIFICATION <br /> David Remucal collected the site data 6/22/14 and the boundary was flagged by Frank Svoboda <br /> on 6/9/14. This delineation was performed according to the procedures described by the US <br /> Army Corps of Engineers in the 1987 Wetlands Delineation Manual and the 2010 Midwest <br /> Region Supplement Wetland Delineation Manual.
