Conditional use permit for the permanent dock installation is issued by the City Council (start process in <br /> citizenserve system). <br /> 3. Permitting requirements of the Minnehaha Creek Watershed District (MCWD) are met. <br /> 4. Administrative permit for the dock installation is issued by City Staff. <br /> Please click on this link to open the citizenserve log-in page.
