Kyle Colvin had indicated this apparently had never been mailed to us in March. <br /> Nothing surprising in it—just the same old story about offsetting density elsewhere... <br /> • Mike and Correy met with Boe Carlson and Don DeVeau of Three Rivers Park District on <br /> the Wednesday before Thanksgiving to discuss parking for the Dakota Regional Trail. Jim <br /> Brimeyer, Spring Park City Administrator, was also in attendance. The District is going to <br /> review the options and come up with a proposed plan to address parking needs. They asked <br /> that the City send a letter to the District indicating the actions we have taken; that we have <br /> had informal discussions with District staff regarding the parking need; that we are willing to <br /> discuss the issues more formally; and that we are willing to cooperate with the district in <br /> finding solutions. Mike will draft such a letter for the Mayor's signature.
