Fee Schedule Memo <br /> November 20, 2009 <br /> Page 3 <br /> • Increase in the fee for the Final Plat Review from $600 to $700 for consistency <br /> and to more fully recoup our costs on these type of applications <br /> • Page 8 -Retaining Wall Permits were placed under the Building Permit category <br /> as they are covered by the Building Code; removal of the description of retaining <br /> walls as it is redundant <br /> • Removal of the $100 permit fee for Grading, Excavation and Land Alteration <br /> permits when engineering is required <br /> • Removal of the $25 per inspection fee for Grading, Excavation and Land <br /> Alteration permits—the first and final inspection are covered under the $500 <br /> engineering"credit"& additional inspections will be billed to the property owner. <br /> • Addition of requirement for walls not qualifying for a building permit <br /> • Page 9 -Addition of a Zoning Permit for accessory structures which do not <br /> qualify for a building permit. Permit fee continues to be based on valuation. <br />
