Alverson, the Director of Taxpayer Services <br /> Department, acting in the capacity of County Auditor-Treasurer, had the <br /> matter hereinafter described come before Deputy County Auditor Jeffrey L. <br /> Strand, Administrative Supervisor, and Deputy County Auditor Scott Loomer, <br /> Property Tax Manager, for administrative review; and <br /> Whereas, pursuant to the application or request for change of status of tax- <br /> forFeited land described more fully below, tlie undersigned <br /> Deputy County Auditor finds as follows: <br /> 1. That the Hennepin County Auditor hereby certifies the Conservation <br /> or Non-Conservation status and authorizes the public sale of the Non- <br /> Conservation classified parcel of land on Conservation/Non-Conservation <br /> Classification List 1493 C/NC, on file with the Hennepin County Auditor. <br /> 2. Further, except where Conservation classification status is noted on <br /> said list, the Hennepin County Auditor certifies that the parcel therein has <br /> been viewed and complies with the provisions of Minnesota Statutes, Sections <br /> 85.012; 92.461; 282.01, Subd. 8; 282.018, Subd. 1; and 282.018, Subd. 2, <br /> and other statutes that require the withholding of tax-forFeited land from <br /> sale; and that the Hennepin County Auditor hereby requests approval, where <br /> appropriate and necessary, from the Minnesota Department of Natural <br /> Resources for the sale of tax-forfeited land listed on Conservation/Non- <br /> Conservation Classification List 1493 C/NC. <br /> ]ill L.
