CITY of ORON4 <br /> � �a� . p�� � <br /> ��'� ��G~ RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL <br /> �kESH�4 N0. _ � � 5 � <br /> A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE <br /> PLAT OF �VILLOWFIRE ADDITION <br /> FILE NO. 02-2755 <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Orono is a municipal corporation organized and existin� <br /> under the laws of the State of Minnesota; and <br /> `VHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Orono has adopted subdivision <br /> regulations for the orderly, economic and safe development of land within the City; and <br /> �Z'�IEREAS, the City Council has considered the application for a subdivision of a <br /> twa-lot plat by the City of Orono (hereinafter "the subdividers"); and <br /> `VHEREAS, the subdivision has been found to meet the pertinent standards of the <br /> RR-1B, Single Family Rural Residential Zoning District and the intent of the 2000-2020 Orono <br /> Community Management Plan (CMP), finding that Lot 1 is of a size and configuration that would <br /> allow its intended use for a municipal fire station, and that Outlot A is of a size, configuration and <br /> accessability to allow its potential future development upon :eplattin� for the density of housing <br /> guided for this area in the CMP; and <br /> `V�€EREAS,the subdivider has completed or has a�eed to complete all requirements <br /> of the plattinQ re�ulations of the City, includin�: <br /> 1. Completion of all the requirements of Resolution I�'o. 4769, the resolution granting <br /> preliminary approval of the Class III subdivision. <br /> 2. Dedication on the plat of standard perimeter draina�e and utility easements. <br /> 3. Provision ofdraina�e calculations forpre-andpost-development stormwaterquantity <br /> and quality conditions, and desi� of stormwater and drainage improvements and <br /> facilities. <br /> 4.
