� <br /> c2� r�,-,,,,*��.o.. ,......:�. <br /> o � <br /> �=��'P-��}�-6irEvixa�nrv"iriiuc-irirc�cE.'Fliuicafk� + + <br /> � <br /> f��� <br /> (al The citv administrator may refuse to issue a parade or special events permit to the <br /> applicant for anv of the following reasons: <br /> � (1) The conduct of the parade or special event will substantiallv interrupt the safe and <br /> orderlv movement of other pedestrian or vehicular traffic contiguous to its route or <br /> location. <br /> �2) The conduct of the parade or special event will require the diversion of so great a <br /> number of cit�police officers to properlv police the line of movement and the areas <br /> conti�uous thereto as to prevent normal police nrotection of the CitY <br /> � The pro op sed special event violates the Zonin�Ordinance. <br /> � The parade is not scheduled to move from its point of origin to its point of <br /> termination expeditiously and without unreasonable delavs en route. <br /> (5) Adequate sanitation and other required health facilities are or will not be available <br /> (6) Sufficient parking near the site of the parade or special event has not been provided <br /> to accommodate the number of vehicles reasonably expected or the a�plicant has not <br /> provided a plan that is sufficient to shuttle visitors to and from a special event <br /> (7) The application fails to com�lv with relevant provisions of section 38-802 <br /> �8� An investiQation revealed that the a�plicant falsified information on the application <br /> (9) Failure of the applicant to pav the required fee. <br /> (10) Failure of the applicant or the owner of the propertv on which the special event is to <br /> be held to si�n the a�plication. <br /> (b) The city administrator shall actprom�tiv upon a timely filed application for a ap rade <br /> or snecial event permit but in no event shall grant or denv a permit less than 48 hours prior to <br /> the parade or special event and shall include reasons for denial Anv applicant shall have the <br /> ri�ht to appeal the denial of a parade or special event permit to the citv council The appeal shall <br /> be filed within 5 davs after receipt of the denial to the citv clerk.
