Animals <br /> Sec. 22-95. Animal re�ulations. No person shall: <br /> (1) Except as provided in Minn. Stat. § 2�6C.02, bring or keep an animal owned or under his control <br /> into or upon a park. This subsection does not prohibit dogs or cats that are on leashes. <br /> Animals (cont'd) <br /> (2) Except as provided in Minn. Stat. � 256C.02, bring ar keep an animal, dog or cat owned or under his <br /> control into or upon a swimming beach. <br /> (3) Bring or keep a dog or cat owned or under his control�into or upon a park unless such dog or cat is <br /> effectively restrained by means of a leash or chain and is kept from disturbing persons, wild animals and <br /> wildfowl, or bring a dog or cat owned or under his control into or upon a park where prohibited by signs. <br /> (4) Bring or keep a dog or cat owned or under his control into or upon a park without such person having <br /> in his possession at all times equipment for the removal of any feces deposited by such dog ar cat; and, <br /> upon such deposit being made, using such equipment for the immediate removal and sanitary disposition <br /> of such feces. <br /> Alcohol � � <br /> Sec. 22-96. Use of alcohol. No person shall sell, possess or consume any alcoholic beverage in any park <br /> or swimming beach. For the purpose of this section, the term "possess" shall not relate to a container <br /> which is kept in the trunk of a vehicle if it is equipped with a trunk, ar kept in some other area of the <br /> vehicle not normally occupied by the driver or passengers if the vehicle is not equipped with a trunk. <br /> Fires <br /> Sec. 22-97. Buildin�fires. No person shall build or maintain a fire in a park or swimming beach. <br /> Fireworks <br /> Sec. 22-98. Dischar�in�fireworks. No person shall discharbe fireworks in a park or swimmina beach. <br /> Nudity, etc. <br /> Sec. 22-99. Nuditv, sexual conduct, obscenities. No person shall engage in nudity or sexual conduct, or <br /> audibly express obscenities, in a park or swimming beach. � <br /> Fishing <br /> Sec.22-100. Fishin�. No person shall fish at any swimming beach. <br /> Docks <br /> Sec. 22-101. City docks. <br /> (a) All docks owned or maintained by the city shall be subject to the regulations in this section, and are <br /> referred to as "city docks." <br /> (b) It is unlawful for any person to: <br /> (1) Dive,jump or fish from or otherwise use a city dock or the adjacent area in a manner so as to <br /> disturb or endanger any other person; <br /> (2) Dock any watercraft except for the temporary purpose of boarding or discharging passengers, <br /> and then not in any dock within a swimming beach; <br /> (3) Use a city dock or the surrounding area for any purpose between the hours of 10:00 p.m. and <br /> sunrise the next morning; or <br /> (4) Deposit or leave any paper, can, bottle, glass or other refuse on ar near a city dock except in <br /> approved containers placed by the city for such purpose. <br /> (c) It is unlawful for any person to disobey any order of a police or health officer relating to the use of a <br /> city dock, or to disobey any signposted regulation or rule. <br /> Big Island Nature Purk <br /> Establishment of Rules&Regulations <br /> 5-2-08 <br /> Page 3 of 16 <br />
