4 � <br /> the property upon which the land disturbing activity is located, or other person or agent in <br /> control of said property, upon receipt of notice in writing from the issuing authority, shall <br /> within the period specified therein repair or eliminate such conditions. <br /> Exempt activities under section �2.50 or the activities excluded under the definition of <br /> land disturbance activities under section �2.30 are also subject to the provisions of this <br /> section. If the city incurs costs to enforce the provisions of the section because of any <br /> activity listed in section 52.50, reimbursement of city costs associated with the correction <br /> work completed by the city must occur prior to the issuance of a letter certifying <br /> completion, when required under section 52.320. <br />
