appeal, in writing, within ten (10) business days to the City <br /> Administrator, who shall consider the application under the standards set <br /> forth in subsection (d) hereof, and sustain or overrule the City Clerk's <br /> decision within ten (10) business days. The decision of the City <br /> Administrator shall be final. <br /> (6) Transferability. Permits are not transferable. <br /> (7) Permittee to be on premises. The permittee or a permittee's designated <br /> representative shall be in attendance at all times and have physical <br /> possession of the permit. <br /> (8) Liability of permittee. The person to whom a permit is issued shall be <br /> liable for any applicable ordinances as fully as though the same were <br /> inserted in said permits. <br /> (9) Revocation. The City shall have the authority to revoke a permit upon a <br /> finding violation of any rule or ordinance, or upon good cause shown. <br /> Sec. 22-104. Regulation of General Conduct <br /> (a) Alcohol/drugs. The sale, possession or consumption of alcoholic beverages in <br /> the Park is prohibited. State laws apply to possession and use of drugs. <br /> (b) Gambling. It shall be unlawful for any person to gamble or participate in any <br /> gaine of chance in the Park. <br /> (c) Nuisance. It shall be unlawful commit any act within the Park that constitutes <br /> a nuisance. <br /> (d) Littering & Sanitation. It is unlawful to litter or dump trash in the Park. <br /> Garbage and recyclables shall remain in the possession of the Park user and <br /> shall be removed from the Park upon leaving the Park property. <br /> (e) Glass Containers. Glass beverage containers are prohibited in the Park. <br /> (fj Firearms/Dangerous Weapons/Fireworks. Firearms, explosives, slingshots, <br /> bows and arrows, paintball guns and other weapons are prohibited in the Park <br /> at all times. Discharge of firecrackers or fireworks or detonation of explosive <br /> devices of any kind in the Park is prohibited. <br /> (g) Conduct. Park visitors shall not use offensive language, make unreasonable <br /> noise, discharge weapons or fireworks, or engage in offensive gestures or <br /> conduct constituting disorderly conduct under state law. No person shall <br /> engage in nudity or seaual conduct, or audibly express obscenities, in the <br /> Page 3 of 8 <br />
