However, this fund is also identified as the possible funding source for the turn back and <br /> the Navarre street lighting project If all of these projects are funded by the Community <br /> Investment Fund, the fund will be gone. Once again, if the council was interested in bonding for <br /> the police project, funds for this project could be added to the bond issue.
