Structural Engineering on 8/18/14. <br /> • The provided shoring design is intended for temporary use only. <br /> All other structural and architectural components, unless specifically modified to act as part of the <br /> stair wall support, are specifically excluded from this analysis. <br /> Analysis/Recommendations: <br /> • The stair walls are to be supported by CMU piers at the corner, adjacent to the existing <br /> structure, and at mid-span on the long side of the stair, as shown in red in the attached plan <br /> view. Locate and reinforce as shown in the attached detail. <br /> • All other information on sheet S 1 is the work of A.M.
