This application is incomplete. Please submit 2 copies of a <br /> revised certificate of survey meeting the enclosed survey standards which should also include <br /> your proposed grading plan in order for our review to continue. The existing and proposed <br /> hardcover and the amount of cut/fill should be calculated by the surveyor as well. <br /> We were recently contacted by the property owner at 3025 Casco Point Road, Scott Standa, <br /> regarding potential modifications to his driveway. In light of the work proposed on or near the <br /> common lot line and relating to the common driveway staff feels it would be more efficient and <br /> appropriate to coordinate the review of both of the applications. However, the Standas have not <br /> submitted an application and I do not know if an application is forthcoming. <br /> Once the revised survey, earthwork calculations and hardcover calculations are submitted we <br /> will proceed with our zoning and engineering department review of the application.
