We have <br /> reviewed the information provided and need the following updated or revised in order for your application to be <br /> considered complete and for the plan review to continue: <br /> 1. Site Plans. <br /> a. The plans submitted are dated 1-17-2018 and 2-22-18 show an additional retaining wall, (copy <br /> attached). Per the approved plan dated 9-5-17 (copy also attached),the new wall must be removed as it <br /> wasn't shown on the variance plan, nor approved. <br /> b. Show proposed erosion control measures(i.e. silt fence, bio logs, etc.) on the site plan. <br /> 2. Landscape Plan. Please submit a landscape plan showing all proposed landscaping additions/changes and <br /> screening of retaining walls. <br /> 3. MCWD. <br /> a. A copy of the MCWD permit for erosion control pertaining to the new house was submitted with the <br /> application. Please contact the MCWD regarding this new project. Please note we will not issue the zoning <br /> permit without a copy of an erosion control permit or documentation stating this project doesn't trigger the <br /> District's permitting requirements. <br /> b.
