Therefore the proposed does not tie into the approved. The proposed grading plan should <br /> show changes to the approved plan so that when approved there is one grading plan for the entire lot. <br /> 2. Retaining wall designs signed by a licensed professional engineer must be submitted for retaining wall 4 ft or <br /> greater in height.
