We need to know what the grading plan will be. The survey <br /> you submitted with this permit has an older date compared to the approved grading plan with the house. We <br /> need clarification on what the actual grading plan is. Please see below for his comments. <br /> Per City Engineer: <br /> 1. The newly proposed grading plan for the walkway and retaining walls leading to the lake appears to be <br /> superimposed on a lot grading plan from September of 2017 however the approved lot grading plan is dated <br /> November of 2017. Therefore the proposed does not tie into the approved. The proposed grading plan should <br /> show changes to the approved plan so that when approved there is one grading plan for the entire lot. <br /> 2. Retaining wall designs signed by a licensed professional engineer must be submitted for retaining wall 4 ft or <br /> greater in height.
