We have enclosed an official WCA Approval of Wetland Type and Boundary form in <br /> Appendix D along with a IiSCOE wetiand delineation concurrence request. <br /> Conclusion <br /> 7his wetland delineation meets the sfandards and criteria described in the 1987 U.S. Army Corps of ' <br /> Engineers Wetland Delineation Manuaf and the August 2010 Regional Supplement to the Corps of <br /> Engineers Wetland belineation: Midwesi Region. 7his was a Routine On Site Determination and the <br /> results reflect the condifions present at the time of the delineation. ' <br /> If any wetland impacts are pfanned for this project, permits would be necessary from the LGU <br /> {Minnehaha Creek Watershed District) and oiher agencies. A construction approval form signed by the <br /> LGU needs to be with a contractor impacting any wetfands to avoid a violation as presented in Appendix <br /> E <br /> I certify that I reviewed the field analysis and wrote the report for this wetland delineation.
