All costs in repairing and maintaining said dock and/or <br /> other improvements on said 10 foot strip, and any taxes and <br /> special assessments levied on said 10 foot strip shall be borne <br /> equally by the then owners of Parcels A, B and C. Provided <br /> i <br /> nevertheless, that in the event that the owners of a parcel do <br /> not pay the parcel's share of said costs promptly when billed <br /> therefor, the owners of said parcel, members of their household <br /> and their social guests shall have no right to use said 10 foot <br /> strip and/or any improvements constructed thereon unless and <br /> until all costs described under this paragraph shall have been <br /> paid in full together with interest thereon from the date said <br /> bill was rendered, at the maximum annual rate then permitted by <br /> law. <br /> 5. The owners of the parcels benefited hereby, or any of <br /> them, may enforce the conditions of this declaration of easement <br /> by injunction. <br /> 6. Parcel A, Parcel B, and Parcel C are hereby declared to <br /> i <br /> be benefited by and burdened with this easement and the <br /> conditions thereof herein contained.
