ASSOCIATION CONSENT <br />Little Orchard Homeowners Association, Inc., a Minnesota non-profit corporation (the <br />"Association"), is the Association described in that certain Declaration of Covenants, Conditions, <br />Restrictions and Easements (Little Orchard) dated July 1, 1998, recorded July 30, 1998 as <br />Document Number 6939561 (the "Little Orchard Declaration"). Pursuant to Section 5(0) of the <br />Little Orchard Declaration, the Association hereby consents to the easement granted in the <br />foregoing Driveway Easement Declaration, and the Association agrees that any lien rights of the <br />Association granted in the Little Orchard Declaration shall be subject and subordinate to the <br />easements and covenants in the foregoing Driveway Easement Declaration. Pursuant to Section <br />6(N) of the Little Orchard Declaration, the Association hereby approves of the division of the <br />land legally described as Lot 3, Block 1, Little Orchard, into the parcels legally described on <br />Exhibit A and Exhibit B attached hereto.
