We plan to record the attached two deeds. The first conveys all of new Parcel 1 to OCBR <br />2, LLC, and the second conveys all of new Parcel 2 to OCBR 1, LLC. OCBR 1, LLC already owns all the land underlying new <br />Parcel 3, so we weren't planning on recording a deed for that.
