AUTHORIZATION TO PROCEED FOR: Project Name: 1150 Wyndmere Road SER Proposal No.: 2007-0901 Project Location: City of Wayzata,Hennepin County,Minnesota Service Proposed: Wetland Delineation,Classification,and Identification Services Projected Cost: Billed hourly with expected cost of$1100 TERMS AND CONDITIONS This cost estimate includes,labor and expenses. Labor costs include review initial site data; stake,wetland boundary based on initial data; complete and submit wetland delineation report and 2 hours of project communication. Expenses include mileage, equipment, (graphic exhibits, paper, photocopies, etc.), and other direct project expenses. Svoboda Ecological Resources (SER) Will invoice clients monthly for the time and expenses incurred during the previous 30 days. SER reserves the right to stop work on this project if invoices go unpaid for more than sixty (60) days. Any invoice not paid within ninety(90)days after the due date will bear interest at'the rate of 1% per month. In the event that legal action is required to collect our fees and costs for services provided,interest, costs and reasonable attorney's fees of any such action shall be.added to the amount owing to SER. The undersigned agrees to pay and reimburse SER for all costs and expenses{including reasonable attorney's fees and legal expenses)incurred by SER in connection with the protection,defense and/or enforcement of this contractual obligation_in any litigation, bankruptcy or insolvency proceedings. SER also reserves the right to place a lien on the in in the event that SER has not received payment within ninety (90) days of completion. The cost estimate provided herein is effective for a period of no longer than 60 days.
