Hennepin County Registrar of Titles Office on or before January 13, 2008 together with a <br /> certified copy of this resolution.";and <br /> WHEREAS,'Condition 4 of Resolution No. 5648 states, "The approval granted <br /> by this resolution shall.expire if the division and combination has not been filed.by the date <br /> .specified above.
