Louvered mechanical door/vent @ attic to be shop built wood as shown on drawings or prefinished aluminum or metal as approved equal. SECTION 08610-CLAD WOOD WINDOWS 1. Drawings represent Clad Epic Double Hung, Clad Double Hung windows and Clad Awning windows as manufactured by Marvin Windows- Interior to be primed pine, exterior to be Aluminum cladding with kynar modified acrylic top coat.Top sash to have 1" similated divided lite (SDL) muntins 4-lite, 6-lite or 8-lite depending on size. Glazing to be 3/4" insulating clear glass low E2. Acceptible equals include Pozzi, Pella, Peach Tree; submit other manufacturers for approval. SECTION 08640-GLAZED PATIO DOORS 1. Clad French door at deck as manufactured by Marvin Windows Interior to be Primed pine, exterior to be aluminum cladding with Kynar modified acrylic top coat. Units to be Furnished with 1" similated divided lites (SDL) lite pattern to be 2W5H. Glazing shall be 5/8" Low E2 glass. SECTION 08700-DOOR HARDWARE 1. Exit Doors: Furnish and install Dorma 50 series Exit Devices#54 Surface Vertical Rod Device Two-Point latching, 1" o.d. cross bar, cast bronze with US10B Finishboth leaves @ paired doors by American Device Mfg. Co. Key cylinder to match front entrance doors. Provide fire closer as per code. Closing devices by Dorma, Norton, LCN or equal, match hardware finish. 2. Storage Room Doors: Commercial grade cylinder locksets with stainless finish. 3. Entry door: Custom Decorative Hardware by Schlage, Baldwin, or Ives are acceptable manufacturers. Pull, push plate, Butt Hinges, Dead Bolt lock and closer. Black Finish. 4. Interior doors: Commercial or heavy duty residential locksets Lever trim as required by code to be Schlage H series or better with decorative or custom finish. Schlage, Baldwin, or Omnia are acceptable manufacturers as equals. Black Finish 5. Cabinet hardware: Decorative hardware by baldwin, Period Brass or equal. Black Finish.
