OUTLINE SPECIFICATIONS FOR WOODHILL BARN <br /> Issued for Permit / Construction April 2, 2001 <br /> WOODHILL COUNTRY CLUB <br /> WOODHILL DRIVE <br /> ORONO, MN <br /> SECTION 00100-INSTRUCTIONS TO BIDDERS <br /> 1. All bids are to be in accordance with the drawings and specifications and based upon <br /> the requirements of the drawings and specifications. <br /> 2. All bids are to be complete and any proposed substitutions approved by the <br /> architect prior to submission and to be called out in the bid. <br /> 3. Bids are to include the following items bid separately from the remainder of the work. <br /> ADD ALTERNATE#1 construction of new deck and associated railings and screen <br /> wall.. See drawings for details. <br /> ADD ALTERNATE #2 Substitute 1x boards with wood battens as Exterior siding <br /> with of cedar veneer plywood with 1 x 2 battens @ 12"o.c. <br /> ADD ALTERNATE#3 Add all work required as per drawings to install new fireplace. <br /> ADD ALTERNATE#4 Add fabrication and installation of sliding barn door and <br /> related hardware/track @ front door. <br /> ADD ALTERNATE#5 Kitchen Equipment as directed by Owner. <br /> SECTION 01010-SUMMARY OF WORK AND SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS <br /> 1. Owner: Woodhill Country Club <br /> 2. Permit and Fees: All construction to be in complete accordance with all governing <br /> codes. Contractor to be responsible for obtaining all necessary building permits and <br /> inspection fees. <br /> 3. Contractor to abide by all applicable codes and regulations. <br /> 4. Contractor shall secure, pay for and maintain, during construction and fixturing work, <br /> all of the insurance policies required. Contractor shall not commence any work until <br /> all required insurance has been obtained and certificates of such insurance have <br /> been delivered to the landlord,tenant and architect. The Owner and Y+A <br /> Architecture shall be named as additional insured. <br /> 5. The Character and scope of work are illustrated by the construction documents. <br /> Contractor shall carefully examine all the documents and shall be responsible for the <br /> proper installation of his work and proper considerations for the work of others and <br /> existing construction. Do not place ducts, piping, conduit or any obstructions so as <br /> to impair required ceiling heights and clearance for lighting fixtures, etc. <br />
