Also, that part of the Northeast <br /> quarter of the Southeast quarter of said Section 2 lying northerly of the Dakota Rail and <br /> easterly of Registered Land Survey No. 1098, Hennepin County, MN (hereinafter "the <br /> property"); and <br /> WHEREAS, the applicant has applied to the City to amend a conditional use <br /> permit to allow construction of a 14' x 22' pump house over a well located 189'-193' from the <br /> northeast judicial marker for Edgewood Place as shown in Exhibit A. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of Orono, <br /> Minnesota: <br /> FINDINGS <br /> 1. This application was reviewed as Zoning File #2352. <br /> 2. The property contains 70 acres and is located in the RR-1B Single Family Rural <br /> Residential Zoning District. <br /> 3. Country Clubs are a conditional use in the RR-1B district. <br /> 4. On April 20, 1998, the Orono Planning Commission reviewed the application <br /> and on a vote of 5 in favor, 1 abstention, recommended approval. <br /> 5.
