70 ` <br /> b CITY of ORONO <br /> �t9 �.q RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL <br /> 4-ESHOl NO, 3184 <br /> A RESOLUTION GRANTING <br /> A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT <br /> PER MUNICIPAL ZONING CODE <br /> SECTION 10.03, SUBDIVISION 19 <br /> FILE #1763 <br /> WHEREAS, Woodhill Country Club (hereinafter "the applicant") <br /> is the owner of the property located at 200 Woodhill Road located <br /> within the City of Orono (hereinafter the "City" ) and legally <br /> described as follows: <br /> Exhibit "A" attached (hereinafter the "property"); and <br /> WHEREAS, the applicant has applied to the City for a <br /> Conditional Use Permit for land alterations involving the movement of <br /> 9,300 cubic yards of earth and importation of 1, 000 cubic yards of <br /> topsoil , which activity requires a conditional use permit per <br /> Municipal Zoning Code Section 10.03, Subdivision 19. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of Orono, <br /> Minnesota: <br /> FINDINGS <br /> 1. The application was reviewed as Zoning File #1763. <br /> 2 . The property is located in the RR-1B, Single Family Rural <br /> Residential Zoning District. <br /> 3. On September 21, 1992 the Orono Planning Commission reviewed <br /> the application and on a vote of 6 in favor, 0 against, 1 <br /> abstention, recommended conditional approval, finding that <br /> the proposed project will have no impact on adjacent <br /> properties, will not impact protected wetland areas, and <br /> that the intended regrading to create perimeter berms around <br /> the existing driving range area will provide for greater <br /> safety for golfers on adjacent greens and fairways. <br /> Page 1 of 7 <br />
