August 1, 1991
Mark Albrecht, Manager
Woodhill Country Club
200 Woodhill Road
Wayzata, MN 55391
Re: Tennis Court Area Reconstruction
Dear Mark:
This letter is to follow up our inspection of the tennis
court facility site on July 23rd. Per the attached air photo
plat map overlay, it appears that the tennis courts and their
associated service building, are located entirely within the
corporate boundaries of the City of Wayzata.
Consequently, having discussed this issue with Public Works
Director John Gerhardson, it appears that there is no need for
any additional City approval for connecting the tennis service
building to the proposed sewer line. The tennis service facility
would be considered as an integral part of your Wayzata complex
for which connection was approved by the City Council.
As we discussed, any construction permits necessary for
rebuilding the tennis service facility would be handled through
the City of Wayzata.
Please feel free to contact me at 473-7357 if I can be of
further assistance.
Sincerely,
Michael P. Gaffron,
Asst Planning & Zoning Administrator
MPG/tln
Enclosure - Air photo/plat map overlay
cc: John Gerhardson, Public Works Director
Jeanne Mabusth, Building & Zoning Administrator
