Accordingly, this requires upgrade of the SSTS <br /> due to the fact that it is not designed to properly serve the number of bedrooms according to Section <br /> 58-77 of the Orono City Code and MPCA Rules 7080-7084. <br /> A design was completed for an upgrade to this existing system and was received by the City on October <br /> 17, 2014 and is herein referenced as Exhibit A. The system cannot be properly installed this year due to <br /> the impending winter weather conditions and the availability of a certified installer to complete the <br /> work in a timely manner.
