(b) Setbacks for processing machinery. Processing machinery must be located consistent with setback standards for structures from ordinary high water levels of public waters and from bluffs. (Ord. No. 101 2nd series, § 1(10.56(16)(P)), 2-24-1992) Sec. 78-1293. -Water supply. Any public or private supply of water for domestic purposes must meet or exceed standards for water quality of the state department of health and the state pollution control agency. (Ord. No. 101 2nd series, § 1(10.56(16)(Q)), 2-24-1992) Sec.78-1294.-Sewage treatment. Any premises used for human occupancy must be provided with an adequate method of sewage treatment per chapter 58, article II, of this Code. On-site sewage treatment systems must be set back from the ordinary high water level in accordance with the setbacks contained in section 78-1279. Nonconforming sewage treatment systems shall be regulated and upgraded in accordance with section 78-1252. (Ord. No structure may be placed on a significant historic site in a manner that affects the values of the site unless adequate information about the site has been removed and documented in a public repository. No yard or other open space shall be reduced in area or dimensions so as to make such yard or other open space less than the minimum required by this chapter;and if the existing yard or other open space as existing is less than the minimum required, it shall not be further reduced.
