The survey should clearly identify the first floor/main floor elevation as well as the garage floor, top of foundation <br /> and lowest floor elevations. <br /> 3. The hardcover calculations should be completed on the attached Hardcover sheets by the surveyor. In our initial <br /> review, we were confused about excludable hardcover which was not clearly identified. Please provide. <br /> Please provide a correct copy of the recorded Wetland declaration, I cannot locate a copy in our files. Additionally, please <br /> have the property owner sign the attached escrow agreement and submit. All utilities must be depicted on <br /> Surveys for building permits. A sanitary service line is not depicted. <br /> 2. Retaining walls are depicted on the survey but top of wall and bottom of wall elevations are not depicted. Walls 4'or <br /> greater in height must be designed by a licensed professional,and plans must be submitted to the City for review prior <br /> to the approval of the permit. <br /> 3. Plan calls for removing the existing driveway and creating a new one. The new location will require approval from <br /> Hennepin County. The new Driveway does not show a culvert. <br />
