Box 66 <br /> Crystal Bay, MN 55323 <br /> Re: Proposed Purchase of Lot 4, Block 1, WOODHILL RIDGE <br /> Dear Jeanne and Mike: <br /> As you know, my husband Bob and I have been looking at buying Lot <br /> 4, Block 1, WOODHILL RIDGE from John McDowell's MSM Associates. <br /> There is a contingency in our purchase agreement that allows us <br /> to get your approval as to the sites before we are obligated to <br /> purchase. <br /> First, is it correct that the S-P Testing, Inc. drainfield design <br /> dated May 22 , 1987 showing the proposed treatment area, the <br /> future expansion area, and a proposed house location is <br /> satisfactory to you even though the final plat of Lot 4, Block 1, 111," t <br /> WOODHILL RIDGE changed the easterly lot lines to some extent? <br /> Second, we enclose a second S-P Testing, Inc. proposed treatment <br /> area, future expansion area, and proposed house site dated <br /> December 14, 1987 and would ask if this is agreeable to Orono for <br /> drainfield purposes? <br /> Third, we have had Tom Bergquist at Sathre-Bergquist Surveyors <br /> put together a site plan which shows the proposed treatment area <br /> and future expansion area as conforms to the S-P Testing, Inc. <br /> diagram of 12/15/87, a house and attached garage, and a driveway <br /> and parking area all on the topographic survey of the site <br /> prepared by Sathre-Bergquist. We would ask that you review the <br /> site plan and let us know if there are any problems raised by it. <br /> As you can see, Tom Bergquist has located the setback lines in <br /> relation to the house, the garage, the driveway, and the <br /> drainfield sites. <br /> Since our contingency agreement only runs through December 24, <br /> 1987, I would appreciate your giving me your response to these <br /> inquiries as soon as possible.
