The proposal would appear to <br /> meet the setback requirements for the house, driveway, and drainfield <br /> areas with one minor revision. We would want to see the proposed <br /> driveway and parking area moved to the northwest in order to allow an <br /> additional 20' of area at the north end of the future expansion site. <br /> This would compensate for the relatively unusable area of 20% slopes <br /> at the south end of the future expansion area. <br /> I have attached a sketch showing the proposed revision and <br /> drainfield area.
