(reserved for recording information) <br /> GRANT OF PERMANENT <br /> TREE STAND AND NATIVE GRASSLAN 1 <br /> PRESERVATION AND CONSERVATION EASEMENT <br /> WOLVERTON PLACE,LLC,a Minnesota limited liability company("Grantor"),in <br /> consideration of good and valuable consideration,the receipt and sufficiency of which is here <br /> acknowledged,does hereby create and grant unto the CITY OF ORONO,a municipal corporation <br /> organized and existing under the laws of the State of Minnesota,the Grantee,a permanent tree <br /> stand and native grassland preservation and conservation easement for the purposes set forth in <br /> this instrument over,under, and across the premises described in the attached Exhibit"A" (the <br /> "easement premises") and depicted on the attached Exhibit"B". <br /> 1. Except as specifically provided in paragraph 2 below,the following are prohibited in <br /> perpetuity on the easement premises: <br /> A. Constructing or installing buildings or anything made by man. <br /> B. Cutting,removing, or altering trees or other vegetation, except for noxious <br /> weeds or diseased trees, or as directed by a governmental agency. <br /> Removing dead trees,trimming trees to maintain health, and removing <br /> trees and branches that create a safety problem may be undertaken with <br /> the approval of the City Forester. <br /> C.
