A driveway and proposed grading is depicted on the turnaround however the turnaround is already paved and should remain so until such time as the road is continued to the west. 2. The retaining wall is shown at exactly 4 feet. If the wall exceeds 4 ft an engineered design will be required. 3. The water service connections must be protected from construction traffic during construction. 4. A separate utility permit will be required for the sewer and water connections. 5. The grading plan contains element of the development grading requirements (retaining wall and EOF for pond). These will need to be completed as part of the lot grading and included on the grading as-built prior to issuance of a CO.
