Builder Acknowledgement Form <br /> Permit #2015-00258 / 2895 Wgiod Duck Trail <br /> Builder Representative Name: �1 Al N�yti i <br /> l \c‘ <br /> Permit Conditions: Initials <br /> **NOTE CHANGE** Before scheduling an exterior insulation and/or drain tile inspection, a <br /> foundation as-built survey must be submitted and approved by the City or a Stop Work order / <br /> will be issued. <br /> Schedule a minimum of one hour for the framing inspection. <br /> Erosion control mechanisms must be installed and inspected by the City prior to any land <br /> disturbing activities. The contractor must provide a minimum of a 24 hour notice prior to <br /> gc <br /> inspection. <br /> Erosion control shall be installed and maintained throughout the entire project and must <br /> remain until vegetation has been established. bC- <br /> A proposed driveway and proposed grading are depicted in the existing turnaround which is <br /> currently paved. No changes should be made and area should remain paved until such time <br /> 1‘-€__ <br /> when the road is continued to the west. <br /> The proposed retaining wall is shown at exactly 4 feet. If the wall exceeds 4 feet in height, an <br /> k7(.- <br /> engineered designed will be required to be submitted and approved prior to construction. <br /> Water service connections must be protected from construction traffic during construction. <br /> The grading plan contains elements of the development grading requirements(retaining wall <br /> and EOF for pond). These will need to be completed at part of the lot grading and included on <br /> the grading as-built prior to issuance of the Certificate of Occupancy. G <br /> Prior to the issuance of a Certificate of Occupancy an as-built survey and hardcover calculations <br /> must be submitted and approved. <br /> In the event of winter or other extended unfavorable weather conditions (which prevent the ��� <br /> completion of the exterior improvements and/or as-built survey) a Temporary Certificate of /-- <br /> Occupancy(TCO) may be necessary.
