The retaining wall is shown at exactly 4 feet. If the wall exceeds 4 ft an engineered design will be required. <br /> 2. The water service connections must be protected from construction traffic during construction. <br /> 3. A driveway is depicted on the turnaround however the turnaround is already paved and should remain so until <br /> such time as the road is continued to the west. <br /> 4.
