Builder Acknowledgement Form <br /> Permit #2017-00850 / 2875 Wood Duck Trail <br /> Builder Representative Name: <br /> Permit Conditions: Initials <br /> **NOTE CHANGE** Before scheduling an exterior insulation and/or drain tile inspection,a <br /> foundation as-built survey must be submitted and approved by the City or a Stop Work order <br /> will be issued. <br /> Schedule a minimum of one hour for the framing inspection. /66- <br /> Erosion control mechanisms must be installed and inspected by the City prior to any land <br /> disturbing activities. The contractor must provide a minimum of a 24 hour notice prior to rC� <br /> inspection. <br /> Erosion control shall be installed and maintained throughout the entire project and must <br /> remain until vegetation has been established. <br /> A haul route shall be submitted to the City Engineer for approval and inspection prior to <br /> commencement of hauling from the site.The property owner shall be responsible for cleaning GG� <br /> and repair of roadways for any adverse impacts. <br /> Prior to the issuance of a Certificate of Occupancy an as-built survey and hardcover calculations <br /> must be submitted and approved. <br /> In the event of winter or other extended unfavorable weather conditions(which prevent the <br /> completion of the exterior improvements and/or as-built survey) a Temporary Certificate of <br /> Occupancy(TCO) may be necessary.
