Perimeter sediment control measures must be installed by the contractor and inspected by the City prior to any <br /> work, including demolition. Contractor must provide minimum 24 hour notice prior to inspection. <br /> 2. A separate utility permit will be required for the sewer and water connections. <br /> 3. The water service connection must be protected during construction.
