Builder Acknowledgement Form <br /> Permit #2018-00351 / 2872 Wood Duck Trail <br /> Builder Representative Name: <br /> Permit Conditions: Initials <br /> **NOTE CHANGE** Before scheduling an exterior insulation and/or drain tile inspection, a <br /> foundation as-built survey must be submitted and approved by the City or a Stop Work order will be <br /> issued. <br /> Schedule a minimum of one hour for the framing inspection. <br /> Erosion control mechanisms must be installed and inspected by the City prior to any land disturbing <br /> activities. The contractor must provide a minimum of a 24 hour notice prior to inspection. <br /> Erosion control shall be installed and maintained throughout the entire project and must remain <br /> until vegetation has been established. <br /> A haul route shall be submitted to the City Engineer for approval and inspection prior to <br /> commencement of hauling from the site.The property owner shall be responsible for cleaning and <br /> repair of roadways for any adverse impacts. <br /> The survey/grading plans show proposed grade changes outside the subject property boundary. <br /> These grade changes are not approved as part of this this building permit. <br /> Separate utility permits are required for sewer and water connection. <br /> The water service connection must be protected during construction. Damage to the service lines <br /> will be the responsibility of the builder to repair prior to approval of the utility permit and issuance of Gu <br /> the certificate of occupancy. . <br /> Prior to the issuance of a Certificate of Occupancy an as-built survey and hardcover calculations must <br /> be submitted and approved. <br /> In the event of winter or other extended unfavorable weather conditions(which prevent the <br /> completion of the exterior improvements and/or as-built survey) a Temporary Certificate of G <br /> Occupancy(TCO) may be necessary.
