The plan was missing the sediment erosion control measures. Perimeter sediment control measures must be <br /> installed by the contractor and inspected by the City prior to any work, including demolition.Contractor must <br /> provide minimum 24 hour notice prior to inspection. Double silt fence must be provided for any work indicated <br /> within 50'of a wetland. <br /> 2. The maximum driveway width allowed for residential properties is 20 ft. The driveway should intersect the <br /> street as near to perpendicular as possible. The minimum driveway width is 8 ft. <br /> 3.
