The contractor must provide a minimum of a 24 hour notice prior to ;rf'( <br /> inspection. f� <br /> r <br /> Erosion control shall be installed and maintained throughout the entire project and must <br /> remain until vegetation has been established. <br /> ;��;/(V. <br /> A haul route shall be submitted to the City Engineer for approval and inspection prior to <br /> commencement of hauling from the site.The property owner shall be responsible for cleaning <br /> and repair of roadways for any adverse impacts. �( <br /> NOTE: The maximum driveway width allowed for residential properties is 20 feet. The <br /> driveway should intersect the street as near to perpendicular as possible. The driveway width <br /> must be adjusted to meet City requirements. <br /> Prior to the issuance of a Certificate of Occupancy an as-built survey and hardcover calculations <br /> must be submitted and approved. �/ti + <br /> In the event of winter or other extended unfavorable weather conditions(which prevent the <br /> completion of the exterior improvements and/or as-built survey) a Temporary Certificate of <br /> Occupancy(TCO) may be necessary.
